Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Natural Mama Boutique currently ships to customers within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates on international availability.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status and tracking details.
Returns
How do I return an item?
You have 10 days from the date you receive the item to return eligible products. Please ensure that the items are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and materials. Note: Any item that is being closed out (more than 40% off) is FINAL SALE.
How long do I have to make a return?
Returns for physical products are accepted within 10 days of you receiving the item. If the item is more than 40% off, it is being closed out and we will not be accepting returns for that item. You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be in new unused condition. Returns will be made to your original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the item back. We reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange at our discretion, primarily in the event of poor condition upon arrival or items arriving past the 10-day window.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, you can exchange items for a different size or variation, subject to availability. Please note that the item must be in new, unused condition and within the 10-day return window. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@naturalmamaboutique.com.
Can I return digital products?
No, due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any concerns with your purchase please feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@naturalmamaboutique.com
Do you accept returns?
